1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using hrforge.co, @Hrforge_bot, or any related services (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service
HRForge provides AI-powered HR guidance, templates, policies, and automation tools for small and mid-size U.S. businesses (1–500 employees). The Service is delivered primarily through a Telegram-based AI assistant.

3. Not Legal Advice
HRForge is a technology service, not a law firm, HR consulting firm, or licensed HR professional. Nothing provided by HRForge constitutes legal advice or creates an attorney-client relationship. You must consult your own qualified employment attorney for specific legal questions.

4. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee compliance, accuracy, or any specific outcome. Laws change frequently. All guidance is general and must be verified with a licensed attorney.

5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
• Use the Service only for lawful business purposes
• Never share sensitive personal data (SSNs, medical records, credit card numbers, immigration status, etc.)
• Make all final employment decisions yourself
• Keep your account credentials secure

6. Subscriptions and Payments
Plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel anytime. No refunds for partial months. Prices may change with 30 days’ notice.

7. Intellectual Property
All templates, outputs, and content generated by HRForge remain the property of HRForge LLC. You receive a limited license for internal business use only.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HRForge LLC’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time via Stripe.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of King County, Washington.

11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
